Free Digital Wedding Invitation Templates: 6 Themes and Limits

Wednesday, July 8, 2026

Quick answer

Imbitasyon Ko's Free plan gives you 6 digital wedding invitation templates at ₱0, with RSVP, map directions and sharing included. The limits are 20 guests on the guest list, 2 gallery photos, 10 entourage names shown and a small watermark; Standard (₱499) and Premium (₱999) are one-time upgrades.

"Free" can sound like a teaser, so here is every limit in one place. The Free plan is a real published invitation, not a demo. The tables below list the six free templates, compare all three plans line by line, put other free routes side by side, and give nine questions to ask of any free template before you commit.

The 6 free templates

Each category has one free theme. You can preview all 30 themes while you design; publishing on Free needs one of these six.

Free themeCategoryWhat it looks like
Ivory & GoldCatholic ElegantIvory white with gold accents and classic serif type
Boho KraftRustic & BohoKraft-paper cream, soft serif, relaxed and handmade
Boracay SandsBeach & DestinationSand tones, white space, ocean-blue accent

Browse them on the themes page, or read how to choose a wedding invitation theme first.

What the Free plan includes

  • A live invitation link. Guests open it on any phone, with no app and no login.
  • RSVP. Guests confirm attendance and send wishes from the invitation page; you see the replies in one place.
  • Entourage and dress code. List principal sponsors and your wedding party, plus motif colors and a dress code note. The published page shows the first 10 entourage names on Free; you can enter more, and all are shown on Standard and Premium.
  • Map directions. Add a Google Maps link, or guests get a map search from the venue name and address. See how to add a Google Maps location.
  • Sharing. Copy the link or message, or send by SMS, Viber or WhatsApp.
  • No expiry. The invitation stays online with no time limit.

Free vs Standard vs Premium

All three are one-time payments per invitation, not subscriptions. Check the pricing page for current prices.

RSVP, map directions and sharing are the same on every plan. Upgrading later costs only the difference from what you already paid, your link does not change, and the extra features unlock once your payment is confirmed. Every plan, Free included, stays online with no time limit.

Where the Free plan runs out

The guest cap is the first limit most couples hit. The guest list is where each guest gets a personal link that shows whether they opened it and replied, and Free holds 20 names. To give more than 20 guests a personal link, you need Standard.

The second is the entourage. Free shows the first 10 names on the published page, so a full Filipino entourage with sponsors, a wedding party and bearers can run past it. You can enter more, and everyone appears on Standard.

The third is the watermark and the gallery. Two gallery photos is enough for a clean, simple invitation, and the cover photo is uploaded separately. A gallery slot can also hold an image of your wedding monogram. Music, the Love Story timeline and the cash gift section start at Standard. One more limit: each account can hold 5 Free invitations, and an invitation you upgrade no longer counts toward that number.

Nine questions to ask any free template

Free wedding invitation templates come from design tools such as Canva, from marketplaces, and from invitation builders. They are not the same product, so ask these nine questions before you commit. If you are after a multi-page wedding website rather than one invitation page, see what a wedding website usually includes.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free digital wedding invitation maker in the Philippines?

Yes. Imbitasyon Ko's Free plan costs ₱0 and lets you build and publish a digital invitation with 6 free themes, RSVP, map directions, an entourage list (10 names shown) and sharing by link, SMS, Viber or WhatsApp. You sign in with Google or email when you save.

What are the limits of the free plan?

Free allows 20 guests on the guest list, 2 gallery photos, 6 themes and 10 entourage names on the published page, and shows a small watermark. Each account can hold 5 Free invitations. It has no background music, Love Story timeline, cash gift section or live streaming link, and you get 3 free tries of the AI writing assist.

Does a free digital wedding invitation expire?

No. The Free plan stays online with no time limit. What is limited is the features, meaning fewer guests, fewer entourage names and a small watermark, not how long the invitation stays up.

Can I use a paid theme on the Free plan?

You can design and preview with any of the 30 themes, but publishing needs a theme your plan allows. Free publishes the 6 free themes; Standard and Premium unlock all 30.

Can I upgrade later without starting over?

Yes. Upgrading keeps your invitation and its link. You pay only the difference from what you already paid, and the extra features unlock once your payment is confirmed.

Are Standard and Premium subscriptions?

No. Both are one-time payments per invitation, ₱499 for Standard and ₱999 for Premium, with no monthly fee.
